Boxercise

Boxercise involves the use of some of the training methods used to train boxers, including skipping to improve stamina and overall fitness and punching techniques to improve upper arm strength and tone.

Boxercise combines the use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems improving co-ordination and balance amongst other benefits.

Available in local gyms and boxing centres boxercise classes may be available in your area if you want to have a go, or may be available on DVD if you prefer to try it at home.
