Boxercise
involves the use of some of the training methods used
to train boxers, including skipping to improve stamina
and overall fitness and punching techniques to improve
upper arm strength and tone.
Boxercise
combines the use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy
systems improving co-ordination and balance amongst other
benefits.
