be explored on foot - providing you with a sense of freedom
and well-being and boosting fitness levels.
Depending
on your level of skill this could be very easy going or
an uphill workout but either way the benefits are soon

helping to provide funding for walks and hikes all over
the UK, and can point you in the right direction for hiking,
rambling or walking in your area.
