Tennis
can be played in sets of two or four or alone with a wall
if there is enough space available. Played on courts,
in lesiure centres and outdoors there should be opportunities
to have a go and even take a couple of introductory lessons
in your area.
Tennis
requires high energy levels and involves plenty of exercise,
increasing your heart rate and helping you to lose weight,
tone up and stay slim.
