Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers began over 35 years ago, led by an American woman called Jean Nidetch who discovered that the best way to lose weight was to eat healthily and involve supportive friends.

Four years later and the first Weight Watchers in the UK appeared near Windsor and over 6,000 Weight Watcher classes take place in the UK every week.
