Weight Loss - The Body Mass Index.

This method is one of the easiest ways of measuring height and weight to assess how overweight you are if at all. Being overweight is considered a health risk, as weight increases the risk of health problems also increases.

To calculate your Body Mass Index you need to know your height in feet and inches or metres and centimetres and your weight in either stones/pounds and ounces, or grams and kilograms. For ease click here for a BMI calculator with both options available.
