Weight Loss.

Perhaps you feel uncomfortable when wearing certain clothes, or doing certain activities, and this is giving you an idea that you want or need to loose some weight.

One means of measuring the level of your weight is using the Body Mass Index, or BMI for short.This scale uses four groups of weight for adults: underweight, normal, overweight and obese, and takes into account your height to give a rough guideline.
